When ever I go to Las Vegas with my family we always stay at The Orleans Hotel & Casino. The Orleans is located about a half a mile west of the strip on West Tropicana Ave. It is a Mardi Gras themed Hotel with bright and colorful decor giving it that southern hospitality feel when you enter. The hotel rooms are pretty modern for the most part.
